1. 适用范围
本政策说明 AI Video Studio · 1688采集助手在连接 AI Video Studio 时如何访问、使用、存储和保护数据。采集由用户在 AI Video Studio 中主动开始，仅适用于 1688 商品详情页。
2. 我们处理的数据
- 公开商品页内容：原始商品链接、商品标题、公开描述与属性、价格、规格/SKU、主图、轮播图和详情图。
- 最小账号与认证信息：为把采集结果归属到当前 AI Video Studio 账号而使用的账号标识、连接令牌和会话标识。连接令牌保存在 Chrome 本地扩展存储中。
- 必要服务记录：请求时间、请求路径、成功或失败状态以及安全诊断所需的基础网络记录。
- 相关页面状态：扩展可检查目标 1688 商品标签页的链接及是否出现登录、验证码或访问限制，以便提示用户自行处理。
扩展权限说明：activeTab、tabs 和 scripting 只用于在用户发起采集后定位、打开或复用目标 1688 商品标签页并读取公开商品内容；storage 用于保存连接与采集状态。网站访问权限限于受支持的 1688 页面、公开商品图片域名和 AI Video Studio 服务域名。
3. 使用目的
- 将用户主动选择的 1688 公开商品资料导入其 AI Video Studio 账号；
- 保存商品资料、图片和 SKU，并创建测品任务；
- 维持账号连接、用户隔离、防止重复导入、排查故障和保护服务安全；
- 只有用户另行启动 AI 生成时，才会按该功能需要使用已确认的商品资料与参考图片。
4. 我们不会收集的内容
我们不会读取或上传 1688 账号密码、Cookie、验证码、支付或金融信息、健康信息、私人通信、精确位置、键盘输入、与采集无关的页面内容或一般浏览历史。遇到登录、验证码和平台限制时，扩展不会绕过，须由用户手动处理。
5. 图片传输
商品图片由浏览器扩展直接获取并上传至 AI Video Studio 自有存储。图片请求不携带 1688 登录凭据。服务器不会为了导入而再次登录或绕过 1688 的访问限制。
6. 分享与出售
我们不出售个人数据或采集到的商品数据。数据仅为提供 AI Video Studio 功能而处理；如用户主动启动视频、语音或其他 AI 生成功能，完成该功能所需的最小内容可能发送给已配置的模型服务商，不用于其独立营销。
7. 存储、保留与安全
采集数据存储在 AI Video Studio 服务端，并按账号隔离。连接令牌保存在扩展本地存储中，断开连接、撤销或失效后不再用于访问。我们采用 HTTPS、访问控制、最小权限、会话保护及日志脱敏等措施。数据在提供服务、处理安全事件或满足法律义务所需期间保留。
8. 用户控制与删除
用户可在 AI Video Studio 中断开采集助手、停止新的采集，并通过为其开通账号的系统管理员或 FingerLives 业务联系人申请查询、更正或删除账号及相关数据。为安全、审计或法律义务所需的记录可能在必要期限内保留。
9. 未成年人
本服务面向获邀的商业测试用户，不面向未满 18 周岁的儿童，也不会主动收集儿童数据。
10. 政策更新与联系
政策发生重大变化时，我们会更新本页的版本和生效日期。隐私问题或数据请求，请联系向你提供 AI Video Studio 账号的系统管理员或 FingerLives 业务联系人。
ENGLISH
1. Scope
This policy explains how the AI Video Studio · 1688 Capture Assistant accesses, uses, stores, and protects data when connected to AI Video Studio. Capture starts only after the user initiates it and is limited to a 1688 product-detail page.
2. Data we process
- Public product-page content: source URL, product title, public description and attributes, price, variants/SKUs, main images, gallery images, and detail images.
- Minimum account and authentication data: the account identifier, connection token, and session identifier required to assign an import to the current AI Video Studio account. The connection token is stored in Chrome extension local storage.
- Necessary service records: request time, request path, success or failure status, and basic network records needed for security diagnostics.
- Relevant page state: the extension may check the target 1688 product tab URL and whether login, CAPTCHA, or an access restriction is shown so that the user can be asked to resolve it manually.
Permission use: activeTab, tabs, and scripting are used only after the user starts a capture to locate, open, or reuse the target 1688 product tab and read its public product content. storage keeps connection and capture state. Host access is limited to supported 1688 pages, public product-image domains, and the AI Video Studio service domain.
3. Why we use it
- Import public 1688 product information selected by the user into that user's AI Video Studio account;
- Store product facts, images, and SKUs and create a product-testing task;
- Maintain the account connection, isolate user data, prevent duplicate imports, diagnose failures, and protect the service;
- Use confirmed product facts and reference images only when the user separately starts an AI generation feature.
4. What we do not collect
We do not read or upload 1688 passwords, cookies, CAPTCHA answers, payment or financial information, health information, private communications, precise location, keystrokes, unrelated page content, or general browsing history. The extension does not bypass login, CAPTCHA, or platform restrictions.
5. Image transfer
The extension retrieves selected public product images and uploads them directly to AI Video Studio storage without 1688 login credentials. The server does not log in to 1688 or bypass 1688 access controls to perform the import.
6. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data or captured product data. Data is processed only to provide AI Video Studio. If the user separately starts video, speech, or another AI generation feature, the minimum content needed for that feature may be sent to configured model providers and is not shared for their independent marketing.
7. Storage, retention, and security
Captured data is stored by AI Video Studio and isolated by account. Connection tokens are stored locally by the extension and are no longer used after disconnection, revocation, or expiry. We use HTTPS, access controls, least privilege, session protection, and log redaction. Data is retained while needed to provide the service, respond to security incidents, or meet legal obligations.
8. User controls and deletion
Users can disconnect the Capture Assistant and stop new captures. To request access, correction, or deletion of an account and related data, contact the AI Video Studio administrator or FingerLives business contact who issued the invitation. Records required for security, audit, or legal obligations may be retained for the necessary period.
9. Children
This service is intended for invited business testers, not children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
10. Updates and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will update the version and effective date on this page. For privacy questions or data requests, contact the AI Video Studio administrator or FingerLives business contact who provided your account.
